Being a buddy in the Miracle League of Lake County is as rewarding an experience as you are likely to have. Buddies play a special role that helps athletes play at levels not possible without your assistance. Through your friendship and encouragement, athletes build self-esteem and confidence, and parents can relax and watch their athlete have fun while in your care.​

Buddies can partner with a specific athlete, or they can be assigned to an athlete that can benefit from your unique talents and experience. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to foster what an athlete CAN do without judgment or limitation. HOW TO BE A BUDDY

 

Registration can be completed online and on paper. Please note that buddies under the age of 18 must be registered by their parent/guardian.

• To register online, click the button in the top right corner to complete and submit your Buddy Registration & Release form. You will receive a confirmation email and a copy of your form for your records.
   

• To register using a paper form, click the button in the top right corner to download and print the Buddy Registration & Release form. Complete your form and either bring it to the next game or mail it to:
