GUEST BUDDIES
Being a guest buddy is perfect for anyone who can commit to a game or two, but not an entire season. The program was launched in 2021 to rave reviews and has become a popular and rewarding experience for our athletes, families, and friends, and of course, our guest buddies. Download our flyer to learn more about how it works.

Guest buddies volunteer as part of a group, which makes your time on the field even more enjoyable. Look no further than your favorite social groups, athletic teams and programs, and other organizations to which you belong. You can even put together a group of like-minded friends, colleagues, and family members. No special skills are required... just a desire to help our Miracle League athletes have a safe and unforgettable game.

In volunteering with the special needs community, one generally understands the value of the empathy, character building, and appreciation it provides the volunteers. What you may not count on is just how much fun it is being out on the field with our athletes.

The Miracle League complex is an acre of magic that must be witnessed to understand fully. Getting involved is even better. Let us hear from you today!

HOW TO BE A GUEST BUDDY

-
Create a group of 6-12 individuals.
-
Choose a group leader who will be the liaison between your group and The Miracle League.
-
Have every individual in your group register as a guest buddy by completing and submitting the Guest Buddy Registration & Release form. You will receive a confirmation email and a copy of your form for your records. Please note that guest buddies under the age of 18 must be registered by their parent/guardian.
-
Your group leader will work with a Miracle League volunteer to identify a day and time that works best for everyone in your group. They will then register your group for that game and let you know of your upcoming commitment.
